Do you enjoy tacos? Instead of ground beef, why not stuff your taco with baked chicken shreds? To make a healthy and delicious taco alternative, top with avocado, mango, cilantro, and lime juice. If you enjoy cheeseburgers, use ground turkey instead of ground beef and wrap them in romaine lettuce instead of buns. You just made a delicious meal much healthier while maintaining its flavor.


The best way to lose weight is to avoid diets and simply eat healthier. Increase your intake of fruits and vegetables. Stop purchasing junk food. Instead of chips, try a cucumber slice. Try it for a month and see if your body stops craving donuts and fast food. Consider how you will feel if you do succumb to temptation and consume something unhealthy. Your body will most likely leave you feeling sluggish and gross, and you may find yourself craving something healthy.
